By accessing or using the 3Sense application, website or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of the Service
3Sense provides a digital health intelligence platform that helps users interpret health-related data, including lifestyle metrics, lab results, wearable data, environmental signals and self-reported information.3Sense is not a medical service, does not diagnose, treat or prevent diseases, and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, provide accurate and truthful information during account creation.
4. Health Disclaimer
3Sense provides informational insights only.
All health-related interpretations, recommendations or trends generated by the platform are non-medical, should not be considered clinical advice, and may not be suitable for individuals with medical conditions.Always consult a physician for medical or diagnostic decisions.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Data Sources & Integrations
By using the Services, you may choose to connect third-party platforms such as: Apple HealthKit, Google FitGarmin, Oura, Fitbit and other wearables
Lab providers and medical facilities
Nutrition, sleep or activity apps
You authorize 3Sense to retrieve, process and display this information within the platform.
3Sense is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third parties.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal and health-related data as described therein.We operate under GDPR standards, including:
- data minimization encryption in transit and at restability to delete your data on request
- limited access on a need-to-know basis
8. License to Use the Service
3Sense grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.You may not:
- copy, modify or distribute any part of the Services reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code use the platform to create competitive products misuse, hack or disrupt the Service
9. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service.
By using the Service, you grant 3Sense a worldwide, revocable license to process, store and analyze your data strictly to deliver platform functionality. Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used for improving algorithms, analytics or product development. 3Sense does not sell personal or health data to third parties.
10. Paid Plans & Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription (“Pro” or “Enterprise”).
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the pricing shown at checkout or stated in your contract. Refunds follow EU consumer protection laws. We may modify pricing with prior notice.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access, but we cannot guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free or secure. Maintenance, updates or external outages may temporarily impact availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- 3Sense is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on non-medical insights, data inaccuracies or service interruptions.
- 3Sense’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the last 12 months of the service (or €0 for free plans).
13. No Medical or Emergency Use
3Sense must not be used for:medical diagnosis or treatment clinical decision-making managing emergencies or acute symptoms
If you experience a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
14. Third-Party Links
The Service may include links to third-party websites or tools.
3Sense is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may delete your account at any time, which will erase your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of the Service after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU regulations.
